Display Base
The base is what flips the case from travel mode to display mode. A 13 mm channel takes the case at a 12° lean — enough that the label reads from a seated eye line and overhead glare rolls off, not so much that it wants to walk forward. The loaded centre of mass sits well inside the footprint.
